We had a short clinic day today. Oliver did not need any transfusions and his ANC (absolute neutrophil count) was 2200 which is in the normal range and higher than we have seen in awhile. The shots we have been giving him for for his low white blood counts have been working to boost his immune system.

He did not have a biopsy today, but the plan is to get one next Tuesday. Our current plan is still awaiting FDA approval, which should happen in the next day or two. Our proposed schedule for next week looks like:

Monday- clinic for Azacitidine (chemo) infusion

Tuesday- bone marrow biopsy, Azacitidine infusion, luveltamab (chemo) infusion

Wednesday- clinic for Azacitidine (chemo) infusion

Thursday- clinic for Azacitidine (chemo) infusion

Friday- clinic for Azacitidine (chemo) infusion

*Each day we will also be giving Ollie an oral chemo which will continue for 2 weeks*

This weekend, we were able to get away to the mountains for a few days as a family. The first time this year Ollie has been able to travel anywhere!
