We are home in Raleigh! It was a long day and we are thankful to be in our own beds tonight. Thank you so much again to all of you who donated to the Aero Angel flight to get us back home tonight. We are grateful for the couple weeks we get at home before we go back to Seattle.. time to get used to east coast time again ;)

We will spend the weekend recovering and getting settled before we head into round 2 of Oliver’s chemo. We have been taking a break from the chemo the last couple weeks to allow his T-cells to be as healthy as possible. Now that we have the cells, I will take him to UNC everyday next week for a chemo infusion in clinic and he will also start again on his oral chemo medications. This is to make sure that we keep the cancer under control before we go out to Seattle in a few weeks and get the T-cell infusion.
