A slight change in schedule for today. The patient before Oliver is still recovering from their infusion and the team is waiting for the patient’s counts to come up. Since they have to re-evaluate dosage after every third patient, Oliver can’t start his chemo and have an infusion date in place until we know the patient’s counts will recover to the threshold set by the study. If they recover (which we assume they will), he will get his biopsy on Tuesday the 31st and then start lymphodepleting chemo on April 1. If not, they will need more time to re-evaluate the dosage for the next three patients and we will be delayed a bit.

Oliver had his labs drawn and a clinic visit today. We will start a very full week on Monday with clinic visits, chemo, MRI, PET scan, biopsy, etc.. as long as all goes according to plan. We are getting a little more settled and enjoying our first sunny day today.
