It’s been awhile since I have updated you all.. I had to read my last post to see what I had last said since so much goes on within a week or two around here.
Ollie’s eyes are clear, there have been no toxicities from the chemo, and he is ready for transplant from an eye perspective.
His PET scan looks good— there are some things that have lit up on the scan but everyone thinks that it looks good and nothing of concern.
Ollie’s last dose of Luveltamab was yesterday in clinic. We have changed the bone marrow biopsy to September 22, so hopefully there will be enough time for the chemo to work and for the biopsy to be as accurate as possible. Since his transplant is scheduled for October 5, we want to do the biopsy as close to transplant as possible for accuracy and to make sure that any cancer cells don’t have the ability to grow before he can start his bone marrow chemo.
Thank you for all you did to supply the clinic playroom with toys and arts and crafts. They are so thankful!
