Time ran away with me and I forgot to post yesterday. I know a late post makes some of you out there anxious 😉 I am trying to post after clinic days (Monday and Thursday), but remembering can be a struggle some days!

Yesterday was pretty uneventful— blood counts are still looking good and we haven’t heard back about the bone marrow biopsy yet. We are hoping to hear sometime this week. Our oncologist is hopeful of good results, but we should know officially in the next couple days.

Oliver is gaining weight, talking up a storm, and in full two-year-old mode. It’s a challenge to keep him out of the sun, but he’s really happy to be home with his siblings and us. We have to stay within 60 min of UNC for the first 100 days, so we feel so lucky that we can stay at home instead of the Ronald McDonald house like so many families who live in different parts of NC.

Is he ready to retire in Florida or what?!
